Aoife has dedicated over a decade of her career within dynamic creative businesses that specialise in design, branding, interiors, architecture, experiential, marketing, PR, performance, advertising, media and technology.  

Aoife has qualifications in Coaching, Human Resources and Design, and draws on her studies in Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching to work with people and organisations on leadership development and coaching. Aoife is a qualified International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach, certified in 360 Leadership Assessment - Leadership Circle Profile, Team Effectiveness in 6 Conditions and Team Diagnostic Survey and Hogan Assessments Systems.
